This 2-hour workshop will show you how to improve mobility, gain strength and create modifications to support the different imbalances of the shoulder.

 

This workshop was created from my experience working full time in shoulder surgery combined with common reasons that I see people experience shoulder joint restriction in yoga classes. This workshop is designed for anyone interested in learning more about the complex shoulder joint.
