Engage in a powerful blend of strength-building and stretching in this vinyasa flow class.

Emily teaches all levels, vinyasa classes that focus on meditation, alignment, functional movement, and body inclusivity. She seeks to create a welcoming space where you can move and breathe in your body.

Emily enjoys creative transitions that are inspired by many styles of movement including martial arts, dance and functional exercise. She utilizes her sports medicine and orthopedics background to teach students about the anatomy of their body and how to apply it to their yoga practice. 

She builds her classes with the goal of keeping the body moving over a lifetime. 

Emily’s background in anatomy uniquely positions her to assist each student with alignment. Each class allows participants to experience inner wisdom through deep breath work and connection to the whole-hearted self.
